TacticHaus Realty is a DTI-registered real estate brokerage firm built on more than two decades of proven industry experience, deep-rooted local expertise, and an unwavering commitment to client success. Founded by Nelson Dela Cruz Bayang, a PRC-licensed real estate broker since 2001, the company embodies the full-circle transformation of his personal brand into a trusted professional powerhouse. Born and raised in Bulacan and proudly rooted in Isabela through his family heritage, Nelson brings together both heart and strategy—bridging communities with tailored, practical, and future-ready real estate solutions.

Nelson’s real estate journey began in 1999, shaped by grit, humility, and purpose. Though his parents—humble farmers—could afford to send him to college, Nelson, the eldest of six siblings, chose to become a working student to lighten their burden. He balanced life as a student assistant/ service crew member at Kentucky Fried Chicken and Texas Chicken while pursuing his degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing, at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Sta. Mesa, Manila. In 2001, his perseverance paid off when he became a licensed real estate broker. Since then, Nelson has led sales and marketing initiatives for several top developers and transformative housing communities. Most notably, he served as the Lead Sales Manager and Marketing Head of the Pueblo de Cauayan – 4PH Project under Ropali Land Inc., where he successfully helped over 1,000 families access affordable and dignified homes aligned with the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program, from the second quarter of 2023 up to March 2025.

What started online as TacticProviderPH—Nelson’s personal advocacy to share tactical, honest, and practical real estate insights—grew into HouseProviderPH, a digital hub for property listings, financing tips, and buyer education across Region 2. These platforms organically evolved to form the foundation of TacticHaus Realty—a professionally structured firm that now provides end-to-end real estate solutions including brokerage, project selling, housing development, construction consultation, and sales and marketing strategies.
