More than just selling properties, TacticHouse Realty stands as a symbol of trust, integrity, and practical real estate guidance across Region 2.

TacticHouse Realty is a duly registered real estate service provider under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), founded by Nelson Dela Cruz Bayang, a PRC-licensed real estate broker since 2001. With over two decades of hands-on experience in residential sales, and team leadership, TacticHouse Realty is rooted in strategic execution, practical innovation, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction.

Guided by the tactical mindset of its founder—widely known in digital platforms as TacticProviderPH—the company leverages the power of experience, market insight, and technology to deliver customized real estate solutions that truly make a difference.

TacticHouse Realty is the official real estate arm of my personal brand, HouseProviderPH—originally built from my online identity, TacticProviderPH. While HouseProviderPH remains a digital hub for listings, updates, and educational content, TacticHouse Realty expands this mission by offering full brokerage services, project selling, development consulting, and in-house support—providing clients with a seamless and personalized real estate experience both online and offline.

👤 About the Founder: Nelson Dela Cruz Bayang

Nelson Bayang is a respected real estate professional based in Region 2 – Isabela, with a career spanning over 20 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1999 while working as a student assistant and part-time service crew at KFC—demonstrating early resilience and work ethic. He became a licensed real estate broker in 2001 (PRC Lic. No. 0007978) and has since devoted his career to helping Filipino families and investors find quality housing solutions.

Nelson firmly believes that exceptional selling is grounded in client satisfaction, affordable and flexible financing, and a no-pressure approach—whether it’s a house and lot, residential lot, or condominium unit. His integrity, strategy, and community-first vision make him a go-to expert in the real estate industry.

From the second quarter of 2023 until March 2025, Nelson led as Sales Manager and Marketing Head of the Pueblo de Cauayan – 4PH Project, a major housing initiative aligned with the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program, where he and his team helped over 1,000 families gain access to dignified, affordable housing.
